4. OUR RESPONSE
Upon receiving a proper DMCA notice:

- Notification to User:

5. COUNTER-NOTICE PROCEDURE
If you believe content you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

In accordance with the DMCA, primerap may suspend or terminate user accounts under appropriate circumstances where they are found to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to limit or deny service to anyone who repeatedly violates intellectual property rights.
